Return Process

  Contact our support team through the official SwitchBot website or app with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the device in its original packaging with all included accessories and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians inspect the returned electronics for quality assurance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
